1861 living at birthplace West Wonwood Farm, Sydenham Damerel.

Not located in 1871 - not with parents in 34 Exeter St, Charles, Plymouth. Possibly in service in Plymouth at 45 Bedford St as gen serv age 19 b Tavistock with Emma Rowe 44 b Redruth and her sisters Mary B 39 b Pimlico London, and Lina 34, b Redruth, Con

It is not known why Harriet was in Teignmouth before her marriage. Her older sister, Mary Gribble Williams was in service in Teignmouth in 1871 and Harriett's address was given as Somerset Place. Teignmouth at her marriage. Married at the Registry Office at Newton Abbot in 1879 aged 24.

Informant on mother-in-law Mary Ann Finch's 1895 death certificate.

Lived at 31 Exeter Rd, Teignmouth throughout her married life up to her death, from 1879-1921. Fell down the stairs in the cottage at Exeter Rd (now Exeter St) and broke her neck.

The cottage had an outside workshop which Thomas used. It was apparently built before 1800. At one time the cottage consisted of just one room depth - 2 rooms at the front and an outside toilet, reached by going out of the front door and along the passageway at the side of the house, but an outbuilding was later incorporated into the house at the back, giving a kitchen and downstairs toilet and shower. It is straight on to the road at the front, but has a sizeable garden at the back, larger than most of the rest of the road, as houses in Daimonds Lane cut into the size of the garden of most of the properties in Exeter Road. On the same side, several doors up, no 26, a newer 3 storied house with very little garden was once occupied by her daughter May Oliver, nee Churchill, ca 1921.

Died of cerebral haemorrhage age 67 in 1921. Daughter Florence May present at death, of 26 Exeter Rd.
